Meet more people instead of fixating on one: chemistry cannot be predicted before you meet
In two speed-dating studies, participants completed more than 100 measures before meeting. These could predict who generally liked others and who was generally popular, but not whether two particular people would click. You have to meet to find that out. Meeting more people makes better use of your time than staking everything on one.
